We are Bridgeview.

We’ve been living in the Northwest and managing affordable home sites in Bellingham and throughout the Pacific Northwest for almost a decade. 
Over the past few years we’ve added small footprint, custom homes to recreational vehicle sites and the people who have moved in absolutely love them.  We’ve also seen how hard it is for many people to achieve the dream of home ownership, especially if you’re just starting out.

We began working with our builder to experiment with and refine 300 SF home styles, layouts and amenities that maximize space, use green building practices and fit the lifestyle of active people who want to live with a small footprint. The homes at The DADO are the culmination of this effort. 

It’s a new concept we hope will help give first-time homeowners a leg up, perhaps address the housing crisis, inspire community living and reduce the environmental impact of home building. We also think it’s just going to be a really awesome, fun place to live. 

Our hope is to create a DADO in other parts of Bellingham and beyond.
